How we handle your data.
Who is responsible
The data controller for wodforge.dk and for the enquiries sent through it is WODForge, Denmark. Questions about your data, and requests under the GDPR, go to info@wodforge.dk.
What this website collects
This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Nothing about your visit is logged or profiled by us. When you submit the contact form, your IP address is included in the email so we can block abuse.
The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice (English or Danish), kept in local storage so the site opens in the same language next time. It contains no personal data and never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
The contact form
If you fill in the contact form, these fields are included:
- Gym name
- Email address
- Gym size, typical class size and member level
- How you program today
- Equipment
- Goals for the coming period, or your message
Submitting the form sends the details to our server, which forwards them by email to info@wodforge.dk. We keep that email in our mailbox in order to put your sample week together or answer your question. Nothing is stored in a database on this website.
Enquiries are kept in our mailbox for up to 12 months so we can follow up, and are then deleted. If the enquiry leads to an agreement, the details become part of the customer relationship and are kept for as long as the agreement runs plus the period Danish bookkeeping rules require. We do not use a CRM system.
Third parties
This site loads nothing from other companies — no external fonts, scripts, images or analytics. Opening a page on wodforge.dk contacts only wodforge.dk.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict our processing of it, and receive a copy of it.
To do any of that, write to us at the address above. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency, at datatilsynet.dk.
